Join us at our next social meetup event for content creators, game developers, industry professionals, gamers, creatives, and fans.
Let us know you're coming as a content creator, and we might invite you to be on our live stream, which usually airs on Twitch's front page! Game devs can apply to bring their demos - this includes VR! And we're always looking for more sponsors to partner with! Check out our general FAQs.
Register at our meetup page to get email alerts for future events. You can also check out our previous event photos.
Many thanks to the following sponsors for supporting our current event. Our events would not be possible without the support of our great sponsors.
Local Partners & Sponsors
These are just a few of the great shots taken from our previous meetup events.
Check out hundreds more in our photo albums.
Our meetups would be nothing without the people behind them. Please meet the passionate do-gooders who make all the magic happen. Want to join them? Apply here.
You have still some questions? We got you covered! Here you can find our most asked questions.
UPDATE: Many of our MeetUps are meeting digitally on Twitch to ensure communities are able to connect while we #stayathome.
Meetups are typically held every 5 weeks. Register to get email alerts for upcoming meetups. We'll also keep you posted on Twitter.
No! Everyone aged 18+ is welcome to our events as long as they RSVP, even if you are not a streamer.
Support us on Patreon to get great event perks like early access, VIP lounge access, and more! More information on our Patreon page.
Please bring you ID as required by law, as our events are 18+. Bring cash, credit, or debit for food, drink. Don't forget your phones and cameras for taking pictures. If you have business cards, bring those too! Make sure you have RSVPed with your Twitch login. If you're a dev, bring everything you need to demo your game (apply here). See the Game Demo FAQ for more info.
We always strive for venues that are wheelchair-accessible. Please note that any limitations we face are based on venue availability that is affordable (usually without rental fee) and can accommodate our attendee size and activations. Feel free to contact us for clarification on our current venue.
We've tried to create multiple spaces with different vibes for different folks, including areas that are more relaxed. However, with hundreds of people, it can still get loud. Please be prepared for that so you can have the best experience possible!
Every attendee needs to RSVP individually, including patrons and VIPs. You may also RSVP at the door, but will require a Twitch account.
To be considered to be interviewed on our event live stream, please fill out this form. Please note that this does not guarantee you will be invited on stream.
Yes, but you will need to RSVP at the door with your Twitch account.
There are many ways to enter giveaways, depending on the event (e.g. taking pictures at the photo booth, playing game demos, or tweeting at us). Prices may vary per event. Prizes will be announced on Twitter in the days leading up to the meetup. If you'd like to sponsor a prize, please contact us for sponsorship opportunities.
Volunteers are always welcome. Please fill out this form to apply.
We aim to have all sponsors in place 2-3 weeks before meetups, but will make exceptions if turnaround times for assets and materials are quick. Please ensure all physical and digital promotional materials are delivered with ample time to work into the event (typically 2 weeks ahead of the meetup).
Please have a look at our Sponsorship Deck for a description of benefits per tier. We are also open to custom terms!
Everyone is welcome if they RSVP. Contact us to work out special terms!
We are certainly open to other terms of sponsorship outside of what is described in our Sponsorship Deck. Please keep in mind that funding and renting necessary event services (bar, lighting, DJ, concession, etc.) are our top priorities. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please apply to bring your game demo to our meetup. We are also interested in showing VR games! Please note that we are not responsible for any damages done to your equipment at our meetups.
Please bring everything you need to demo your game, including laptop, consoles, peripherals, monitors, and battery backups. Note that long power cables may become a hazard at such a busy venue, so we strongly advise using wireless/battery solutions. We can try to assist with some hardware if available, but please give lots of advance notice. We also recommend bringing business cards or flyers and a sign-up sheet for guests to sign up for follow-up. If you need dedicated wifi, please let us know. Feel free to dress up your table as much as you'd like, but let us know if you need extra space.
You will be responsible for manning your own demo.
If you need more help, then ask our volunteers in our Discord.
